Cards for Insight: Virtuereality
In a network, review, story, tasks, play and generative review.
Reality can be seen, understood, embraced, enacted and experienced as a five-fold dynamic and generative sequence. Virtuereality is how we understand review, story, tasks, play and generative review, as a generative sequence, with life and signs, co-extensive, co-extending and co-evolving.
“Tell me one last thing,” said Harry.
“Is this real? Or has this been happening inside my head?”
Dumbledore beamed at him, and his voice sounded loud and strong in Harry’s ears even though the bright mist was descending again, obscuring his figure.
“Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?”
Card: Tasks
Rediscover and realigning
ourselves with reality.

Card: Augmentation
In a network, experienced
and augmented reality.
In a network, in transition, in light of life and signs, co-evolving, in order to realign with reality and augmented reality, eg vr, it helps to understand what reality is.
Cards for Insight: Reality
Reality can be seen, understood, embraced, enacted and experienced as a five-fold dynamic and generative sequence:
- Continuity & Change
The nature of reality is transactional, a seamless, fluid flux of seeming continuity and change. - Flow
The nature of reality is flow, an emerging, unfolding, evolving ritual, procedure, path and set of complex responsive processes and adaptive structures. In the intersects and folds of processes and structures: flows. - Context
The nature of reality is context. Our turning experiences into
sustaining experiences, turning intelligence into ability. - Trust & Movement
The nature of reality is action and stillness, stillness and action.
Trust, movement; movement, trust. - Character & Purpose
The nature of reality is human beings becoming human, in the intersects and folds of essential character and evolutionary purpose.
Cards for Insight: Generativity
Continuity, flow, context, trust and character. The realignment can at times be easier to perform with some understanding of Kairos, timing, opportune time.
Cards for Insight: Tools for Convivial Thought
In a network, our convivial thoughts are inseparable from understanding reality.

Card: Play^n
Infinite games
on a finite planet.
Play^n can be difficult to understand, for as long as we remain immersed in a more competitive narrative, a world in which we take for granted that in order to play, we need to compete and win against someone else or something else, eg exploit Gaia. The moment we realize we are tasked with playing infinite games on a finite planet within a finite personal lifespan, that’s when we begin to play^n, regardless what we call it.

The Illusion of Conscious Will
“The happiest inconsistency between intention and action occurs when a great idea pops into mind. The ‘action’ in this case is the occurrence of the idea, and our tendency to say ‘Eureka!’ or ‘Aha!’ is our usual acknowledgement that this particular insight was not something we were planning in advance. Although most of us are quite willing to take credit for our good ideas, it is still true that we do not experience them as voluntary.”
— Daniel Wegner
Cards for Insight: Team Learning and Small Group Genius
In a network, conversations that mind, cultivate and matter, as a new paradigm superset to team learning.
Dialogue and Discussion
In a remarkable book, Physics and Beyond: Encounters and Conversations, Werner Heisenberg (formulator of the famous “Uncertainty Principle” in modern physics) argues that
“Science is rooted in conversations. The cooperation of different people may culminate in scientific results of the utmost importance.”
Heisenberg then recalls a lifetime of conversations with Pauli, Einstein, Bohr, and other great figures who uprooted and reshaped traditional physics in the first half century. These conversations, which Heisenberg says, “had a lasting effect on my thinking,” literally gave birth to many of the theories for which these men eventually became famous.
Heisenberg’s conversations, recalled in vivid detail and emotion, illustrate the staggering potential of collaborative learning — that collectively, we can be more insightful, more intelligent than we can possibly be individually.
The IQ of the team can, potentially, be much greater than the IQ of the individuals.
Card: Play^n
Infinite games
on a finite planet.
… in a network, leveling up our game …
Card: Play
“Play is a cultural activity through which a society frames itself. Play is an expressive and/or narrative activity to construct collective and cultural identity. Play allows people to create and recreate cultural identity in light of their reality.”
— Johan Roos
Play^n is a superset of play.
