Engagement
This means adding considered, considerate comments on other people’s posts and comments, aka extending select part of your essential character (the youer than you part of yourself) mediated through your social sense of self, extending yourself online, adding agency and presence to your digital identity.
Return on Engagement
The first win in win^n, is all about you, all about living systems, with you as one of the living systems, with your interaction, your conversations and transactions, signs of your intelligence, your ability to negotiate self-interest and derive a return.
TIMN: Troglodytes, Institutionalised, Mavens & Nerds
In the old paradigm, with hierarchies, prefab narratives and sensegiving, the potential of networks remains mostly untapped potential.
In the new paradigm, with peer-to-peer circles, circles of friends, acquintancies, concern, influence and confluence, the narratives will be increasingly plural and of our own enacting, inviting and immersing, not only ourselves, but increasingly, more of our essential character, holding space for the evolution of value and purpose.
Autopoiesis Or Bust
This autopoietic shift, requires change in four dimensions:
- attention turned situational awareness
- will turned flow
- intellligence turned ability
- behavior turned win^n agency
These four dimensions exist in work, in play, in infinite play, in autopoiesis and in win^n.
Constraints Catalyzing Co-creation of Value
A win^n weaving of:
- eudaimonia
- economics
- ecosystemics
Ecosystemics
Ecosystemics as a constraint, is something we are growing increasingly aware of, not only that there’s now an Island of Plastic in the Pacific Ocean the size of France, but also, we are beginning to realize that as long as we are buying things that comes wrapped in plastic, we form part of the Garbage System. We are garbage and we are surplus to requirements.

ECONOMICS: AI AND ROBOTS AND PLATFORMS OH MY
The second constraint is economics. AI and robots and proprietary platforms are increasingly succeeding in Grand Theft Data. With you having little or no ownership, or agency, from your own personal data. This constraint needs to be addressed by divesting from remaining inside the machine.
Your Own Data, Owned By You
Once you divest, you can go on and discover what you would like to do, once you have reclaimed ownership of your data and joint stewardship, relevant to the related (networked, new platform, distributed system) agency.
Eudaimonia
The third constraint is eudaimonia. Are you profitable? Are you happy? Will it make a lasting difference, your having spent one hundred years on this here bluegreen corner of the universe? Can music save your mortal soul? Can cooperation and coordination save our vital soil? And can you teach me how to dance real slow?
As with all things change — do small moves, small steps. Small steps along our path, moving away from probable, approaching preferrable. Our leading our own ideas to instant success after seven years of perseverance.
