The 2x2 gameboard, the four quadrants on which to place, play and annotate. A social object around which to gather and converse with each other, and weave together new perspectives, new insights and new paths.

Capability as a function of how attention is turned situational awareness.

2. Need
Need and need fulfillment, as a function of will turned flow.

3. Future Value
Value evolution: engagement, return on engagement and fair distribution, out of which preferable outcomes, as a function of intelligence turned ability.

Don’t go for best practice. Don’t even be fully contented with a superset best options. Go for evolving (dynamics beyond best) economics, ecosystemics, group genius and eudaimonia. Weave new patterns of play between them. Play to Win^n.

Culture, as a function of behavior turned (networks of) agency.
