In a network, in transition: finding ourselves traversing a Waste Land not of our making, seeing with new eyes what is inviting us beyond, applying a beauty beyond belief to what syntactic, semantic and pragmatic boundary, boundaries we found and shaped into constraints and roped path.

To be clear, all the stages, each and every experience we move through, invaluable. There’s no such thing as a bad conversation. All pithy quotes, all catgifs and selfies — all content marketing grist for our 8bn uninformed opinionated wrongs turning one write. One emerging, unfolding, evolving wholeness.

In a network, semiosphere slingshots turned evolutionary trajectories in possibility spaces.

Wrong and write?
Yes. Turning life, art. Sharing your story in a way that help others share theirs.

In a network, dissonances are usually referred to by a euphemism: opinion. The more uninformed an opinion, the more it is disguised and the more dissonance it catalyzes. A rich source of situational awareness.

If we turn intelligence ability and anneal ability into agency, what newfound trust, what paths made by walking?

In a network, in transition: our learning, annealed, turned virtue. Our unlearning, embraced, turned path.

If we find new doors, how to open them? How do we enter what lies beyond? What stories do we bring back, what insights do we share with others?

In a network, the best place to store knowledge, is in 8bn other human beings, human humans becoming human. An ever so slightly more velveteen storage and story.

Velveteen Humans & Stargate Portals

Let’s say you install a Stargate Portal in your home. Even though you might never end up activating it, let alone intend to go through it — it would still make a difference. Distant worlds would suddenly be as if right there.

Donald Favareau:
“Stuart Kauffman’s revolutionary notion of the Adjacent Possible as an organizing principle in nature shares much in common with logician Charles S. Peirce’s understanding of the universe as an ever-unfolding ‘process ontology’ of possibility space that is brought about through the recursive interaction of genuine possibility, transiently actualized order, and emergent (but never fully deterministic) lawfulness.”

Let’s say you build a vegetables garden together with your neighbors and it’s large enough and tended well enough for you to become near self-sufficient when it comes to food. Suddenly you have disrupted the traditional way of things, if traditional includes going by car to the local supermarket.

Corner of Supermarket & Superpower

What’s happening? We made it? What happened?

In a network, generative sequences:

Divest:
From catgifs, selfies and mostly uninformed opinion (aka The Waste Land).

Discover:
Syntactic, semantic and pragmatic boundary.

Design:
From symmathesy.

Decide:
Supported by social machines of our own making and homesteading.

Develop:
Different arcs, taking lines of inquiry for a walk, different trust, different movement, developing scaffolding for human humans becoming human, developing as we traverse what Waste Land we found ourselves moving.

Deploy:
In dialogue, extending our reach through metalogue, engaging in conversations that mind and matter, as if our conversations are supersets of play and our play, supersets of work

Distribute:
Blockchainish things, in win^n intersects, patterns of interaction and play, with nature, with ecosystem services, our distributing different digital means, differently, towards nature ends, towards a seven generation legacy

Now You Know
Now you know how to happen. Flow.

Flow is always and already, how you know. Flow is that quality that invites you ever so slightly beyond your control, beyond your comfort zone.

Thinks, things and gatherings

“In a network…

All the “In a network…” texts are me adding glowglobes, illumining the Waste Land, from many different positions, prototyping affinity vantage points, points turned lines, lines of inquiry we took for a walk, turning our life art, beautiful beyond belief.

You Are
You are. 8bn unique superpowers. We are.
